The company has performed construction for public and private use, specializing in full facility renovation in the healthcare industry. Ethic prides itself on the ability to self-perform all phases of any project which makes us unique. Ethic’s services include blueprint and bid review, subcontractor selection and award, budgeting and estimating, project scheduling, AIA contracts and billing, pre-construction planning, maintenance programs, project management and progress reporting. Ethic’s projects both completed and in progress can be found across the state of New York, they include facilities on Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn Bronx, New Rochelle, Wappingers Falls, Goshen, Fishkill and Buffalo.
